It seems as if Autumn is over and winter has arrived but strangely so as here in Hoedspruit we are still having hot and humid days to contend with though it is getting cooler in the evenings.
With a few extra showers, the rain has kept the bush green for longer, which is always a good selling point in this area and the leadwoods and other trees are looking super.
Although for some the market may still seem depressed we are getting a lot of Internet enquiries regarding properties in Hoedspruit, some great walk in clients and hopefully more of these enquiries will result in the clients making appointments to view properties on offer and our sales continue to climb.
